The 2018 Gulf Coast Games is a one day team competition powered by Crossfit Franco's.
Teams consist of 2 members, Male/Male or Female/Female.This year there are four divisions: Men's RX, Men's Intermediate, Men's Scaled, Women's RX, Women's Intermediate, Women's Scaled.
The competition will include 3 total events. Every team will have the opportunity to compete in 3 events with the top 4 teams facing off in a 4th and Final event.
Cash prizes will be given away this year!

Bob Takano, has coached on 5 World Weightlifting Championships team. A 2007 inductee into the U.S.A. Weightlifting Hall of Fame, he has coached four national champions, 7 national record holders and 28 top 10 nationally ranked lifters. 35 of his lifters have qualified for and lifted in the USA Nationals. Seventeen of the volleyball players he's coached have earned Division 1 Volleyball scholarships. His articles have been published by the NSCA and the International Olympic Committee. He is a former member of the editorial board of the NSCA Journal. He is CSCS*D and is the past chair of the NSCA Weightlifting Special Interest Group.
