If you’re interested in becoming a member but want to see what it’s like, come in for a free trial class. Each workout is uniquely designed to be customizable for each individual athlete. Contact Us for a class time that works with your schedule.

Before You Start CrossFit

After taking an intro class, your next step is the Elements Course. Elements is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements to ensure your safety and give you the opportunity to acclimate to the intensity of the workouts. It also allows our coaches some time to evaluate your mobility, educate you on nutrition and discuss your fitness goals.

The Elements course is a series of 3 one-on-one/small group sessions with one of our certified coaches. Completion of Elements is required before attending CrossFit classes.

 Elements Schedule

Tuesday & Thursday: 7am or 7:30pm

Saturday: ​10am

$100 - includes 3 one-one sessions & a t-shirt

If you’re visiting from another box, our Drop-In fee is $15. We offer a one week pass for $60.

For Free Trial Classes and Drop-Ins please arrive 10 minutes early.
