Before You Start CrossFit
If you're new to CrossFit, your first step is the Elements Course. Elements is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements to ensure your safety and give you the opportunity to acclimate to the intensity of the workouts. It also allows our coaches some time to evaluate your mobility, educate you on nutrition and discuss your fitness goals.
The Elements course is a series of 2 one-on-one/small group sessions with one of our certified coaches. Completion of Elements is required before attending CrossFit classes.
